Disputed findings
A paper described incorrectly is a good reason to write. Please identify the page, the disputed sentence and the source that changes the conclusion. A DOI or PubMed entry is especially useful when several papers have similar titles.
A supported objection to an interpretation belongs in that mail too. A specific result makes a better starting point than an argument about whether a compound is good or bad. A newer controlled study, a correction to a published paper or a regulatory document can all change the account.
