Notes from readers
The annotators welcome mail from researchers, clinicians, and science writers. Spot an error in an entry — a misattributed finding, an outdated regulatory status, a study described wrong — and we want to hear it, and we will fix it.
Pointers to recent peer-reviewed work that meaningfully updates the evidence on any of the five compounds are welcome too. Suggestions to bolt on vendor recommendations, affiliate links, or promotional material are not.
No credentials are needed to write in — a clear citation is enough.

Mail that carries a specific, checkable claim or citation gets a reply. Requests for dosing advice, product sourcing, or vendor recommendations do not — they sit outside what a bibliography does, and there is nothing useful we could offer on them anyway.
